Coordinator of Faith Formation – High School and Young Adults

St. Edward Catholic Church is seeking a Coordinator of Faith Formation to lead our high school youth ministry, Confirmation program, and emerging young adult outreach. This role is ideal for a relational, faith filled leader who loves building authentic relationships and creating programs that truly inspire discipleship.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the Church’s mission
Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, education, or related field
Experience (professional or volunteer) in youth or faith formation
Warm, relational presence and strong communication skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends as ministry requires
Organized, collaborative, and comfortable leading volunteers
