“The State of the Modern Church”
JD Flynn is editor-in-chief and co-founder of The Pillar, a journalism project covering the life of the Catholic Church. Before journalism, he was chancellor of the Archdiocese of Denver and senior advisor to Bishop James Conley in the Diocese of Lincoln. He has an MA in theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a JCL from the Catholic University of America. He is a member of the College of Fellows at the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology, has been a consultor to the USCCB, and is published in the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, and in various Catholic publications.
