Tim is the president of his firm, Deepwater Point Company, which has provided development management and consulting for commercial real estate developments for the past 35 years.

A former representative of the Colorado House (HD25) who represented the mountain communities of Evergreen, Conifer, and Morrison, he served on the Education, Audit, and State Affairs Committees. In 2015, he was a founding board member of a Hillsdale College-affiliated K-12 classical charter school, Golden View Classical Academy, in Golden, Colorado with 750 students. For 18 years, he and his wife homeschooled most of their six children. Raising healthy, holy, and happy children is Tim’s vocation and primary goal.

Tim has been on the Finance or Pastoral Councils of Denver’s Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception and Holy Ghost Church, is a founding member of Lighthouse Pregnancy Center in Denver, and is a former board member of Colorado Right to Life. He graduated magna cum laude from Hillsdale College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Austrian Economics and English, and earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver.
