Scott De Lair

Food Services Director

“I’ve always had a passion for servant leadership” says Scott, who brings over 20 years of food service experience to campus and is committed to ensuring that Wyoming Catholic College’s students have a great dining experience. Scott was born in the northern Adirondacks in New York, grew up hunting with his family, and loves the outdoors. He has worn many hats in his career: contractor, volunteer fireman, fishing lure manufacturer, home and auto insurance salesman, and landscaper, to name just a few.

He met his wife, Sabine, at college, which he originally attended with the goal of becoming a pastor. They have been married for 26 years and have two children, Noah, and Sophie. (Noah is graduating from the EMS program at Buck County Tech School this year, and serves in the same Pennsylvanian fire department where his father once served. Sophie is in her first year at the tech school in the honors program).
