Mr. Gomez brings a deep commitment to Catholic education and extensive experience in financial leadership and stewardship within higher education to his role as the College’s Director of Finance. Robert has served in senior financial and administrative roles across the University of Texas System and in Catholic institutions, where he supported academic missions through careful budgeting, financial reporting, and long-term planning. Alongside his administrative work, Robert has taught accounting and economics at the university level, forming students in both technical skill and ethical responsibility.

He holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and accounting from St. Mary’s University and completed graduate studies in accounting at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Robert is devoted to prudent stewardship in service of Wyoming Catholic College’s mission. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar and analyzing financial statements.
