Monica grew up skiing, running, and playing with her five siblings in the mountains of Northern Utah near the small town of Eden, Utah. Her love of the Rocky Mountains and all they offer was further deepened during the years she lived with her family in beautiful Alberta, Canada. Monica spent her college years in Irving, TX, where she obtained her BA in English and German at the University of Dallas. During her undergraduate years, she attended two German immersion courses in Bavaria, Germany, at the Katholische Universitaet Eichstaett-Ingolstadt. A love for her Catholic faith, her family, the outdoors, and learning has permeated her life thoroughly and continues to guide her decisions. She hopes to continue learning always, and is grateful to return to the Rockies and work for an institution that furthers the Liberal Arts and genuine pursuit of the True, the Good, and the Beautiful.
