What is your favorite aspect of WCC?
“My favorite aspect of WCC is its encouragement of continual growth—intellectually, physically, and spiritually. Whether I’m in the classroom, the backcountry, or simply spending time with friends, I feel drawn to live a fuller life than I did yesterday. In the classroom, this growth often emerges when I’m writing a paper, as I must internalize what I’ve learned to create something meaningful. In the backcountry, it’s found in those unexpected moments of beauty that touch the soul and make me feel truly alive.”

Fun fact about yourself?
“A little-known fact about me is that I love surfing. While this might not sound surprising at first, many people are unaware that there’s great surfing in Ireland, where I grew up. They’re often shocked to learn that I can surf!”
