Megan visited Wyoming Catholic College for the first time in 2017 to experience the PEAK summer program. Instead of the dusty ghost town she expected, she discovered a vibrant community, a deep appreciation for the Great Books, and an outdoor curriculum that fed her already-ignited love for nature.
Originally from Houston, Texas (Go Astros!), where mountains are few and winter sports nonexistent, Megan was quite happy to set out for the Rockies and enjoy climbing, snowboarding, and hiking any chance she got. After graduating from Wyoming Catholic and working in the home healthcare sphere, she was drawn back to the College, where she is excited to support the institution that enriched her life so much.
Having set her roots down in Colorado post-graduation, she lives in Denver with her husband, Thomas, and their baby boy. Megan loves checking out local vintage shops, playing a sunny game of grass volleyball, bouldering, geeking out over nutrition, baking, reading, and brewing the perfect cup of coffee.
