Adeline True
My name is Adeline True and I am from Scottsdale, AZ. I am a rising senior here at WCC. I am so excited to get to know PEAK students and to give them a taste of WCC! In my three whole years here, I have been so impressed with the campus life here. Despite WCC being a relatively small school, the students are great at keeping it lively. There are so many things outside of the curriculum too. We have a beautiful choir, outdoor trips over the weekends, class dances, bonfires, folk music nights, and more. I came to this school searching for a fulfilling education, but I have experienced so much more. During my freshman year, I was on a canyoneering trip and we got to read The Magician’s Nephew throughout the week. It was a perfect way to end the night. During the 21 Day Trip, I found myself standing less than a mile from lightning in active-lightning position for half an hour, praying the rosary with tears in my eyes. I find myself laughing about it with my WCCLE even today. I have found such a love for the outdoors and love to see others experience it too.
