Tuition Payments

Tuition payments should be made by signing into your student account in Populi: wcc.populiweb.com

To make a payment, go to the ‘Financial’ tab under ‘My Profile’. A ‘Make a Payment’ button will appear on the right-hand side of the page.

If you are a parent trying to make a payment on behalf of your student and they are not available to sign into their account, please email business.office@wyomingcatholic.edu or call 877.332.2930 and we will send a unique payment link for your student’s account.

Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards and ACH.

All Other Payments

For all other payments, please use the form linked below to submit your payment to Wyoming Catholic College. When completing the form, be sure to provide a clear and specific explanation in the “Payment Description” field so we can properly apply your payment.

Please include details such as:

The type of payment (e.g., WCC Loan, PEAK Program Fee, Transcript Fee, Replacement ID, Resident fine etc.)
The student’s full name

Please note that Shuttle payments may be made directly on the shuttle reservation form.
