Prayerfully act for the mission of Wyoming Catholic College.
“Teach them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age” (Mt. 28:20).

2. COMMITTED TO PERSONAL GROWTH
Strive to better incarnate the mission of the College in yourself and your work.
“Be transfigured by the renewal of your mind, that you may prove what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect” (Rom. 12:2).

3. WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE
To achieve the mission and help your teammate, put in extra time and effort.
“Great generosity…through us will produce thanksgiving to God; for the rendering of this service not only supplies the wants of the saints but also overflows in many thanksgivings to God” (II Cor. 9:11-12)

4. SOLUTION ORIENTED
When an obstacle occurs, overcome it with creative problem solving and teamwork.
“Do you not know that in a race all the runners compete, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it” (I Cor. 9:24).

5. TRUSTFULLY COMMUNICATIVE
Give and receive critical feedback, trusting in the goodwill of the other.
“Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ” (Eph. 4:15).
