Hey everyone! My name is Ben Collins and I hail from southern California. I am a member of the class of 2026, and a highlight of my time here has been playing folk music, especially at Open Mic Night. One of my favorite memories from an outdoor trip is the time I went night rappelling. As I was descending a 200-foot cliff, I had the chance to turn off my headlamp and marvel at the stars above. Everything below me was dark besides a faint glow where my friends were down at the bottom of the cliff. I love to swim, surf, and play my mandolin.
