Anne Marie Boner

Wyoming Rancher

Born and raised as “a daughter of God and of Wyoming,” Anne married Rob Boner (her husband and friend for 42 years), raised four children on their ranch outside Douglas, and is grandmother to ten (so far). The oldest of five, her family has a rich history in the same Wind River Range the students traverse at the onset of their experience at Wyoming Catholic College.

After attending an early session of the Wyoming School of Catholic Thought and hearing the concept of “a Catholic college in Wyoming” lifted up in prayer, Anne was hopeful for an authentic Catholic educational endeavor. A firm believer that knowing, loving and serving the Lord are great aspirations with eternal sustainability, she found herself looking for a sign of contradiction in this era of relativism, and found it in Wyoming Catholic. “I am inspired by the joy I have seen infused throughout the college community each time I have visited the College,” she says, “and I am thankful for the opportunity to lend my support to a mission that sends forth students that seek so fervently to know, sustain, and serve the True, the Good, and the Beautiful!”
