You are not required to have all of the following skills at the time of your application, or even by the time you would be working for PEAK. You will have the opportunity to discuss your answers with the hiring committee during your interview.

Give the names and contact information for three people not related to you whom you have known for at least one year. One should be, or have been, an immediate workplace supervisor and at least one must be unaffiliated with WCC.
