Katelyn grew up on a small horse farm in rural middle Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and then went on to complete a Master’s degree in Theology at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, IN.
After serving for many years as a missionary in South Sudan, Katelyn moved to Israel where she taught high school for a year. She then remained in Jerusalem to complete a Graduate Certificate in Ancient Philology, studying Ancient Hebrew, Koine Greek, and Latin. She lives in Lander, where she enjoys studying philosophy, history, and playing fetch with her dog, Kiwi.
