B.A. (Liberal Arts), Wyoming Catholic College
o: (307) 335-4421; c: (307) 349-5684
Eastlyn was born in Houston, Texas, but considers her home to be the enchanting desert of New Mexico, where she lived for 11 years before going to college. Craving adventure, a strong Catholic foundation, truth, and community, she came to Wyoming Catholic College in 2017. Having never backpacked before, the outdoor program at first proved difficult and unappealing. Slowly but surely, she fell deeply in love with the outdoors and rock climbing in particular. She has been a backpacking and rock climbing instructor for the Outdoor Leadership Program and COR Expeditions. She has led the PEAK Summer program three years in a row. She graduated in May 2021, and is excited to be an Admissions Counselor for the College. Besides rock climbing and being outside generally, she loves intellectual pursuits like reading and discussion, dinner parties and luncheons, coffee, stargazing, shopping at local farmers markets, spending time with friends, laughter, painting and sketching, and fashion.
